Job summary
John Sisk & Son Ltd seeks a Senior Engineer to lead the engineering function on projects, coordinating with the line manager and providing engineering leadership. You will set the strategy for setting out, on-site control, and QA, while managing Temporary Works coordination and lifting operations.
Strong survey and dimensional control experience is required. You will oversee as-built surveys, NCRs, and be the primary reference for quality procedures, with excellent communication and MS Office
Qualifications
- Senior role overseeing engineering function on construction projects.
- Strong leadership and QA control with site experience.
- Experience with Temporary Works and lifting coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering for projects and liaise with line manager.
- Set strategy for on-site engineering, QA and record keeping.
- Manage Temporary Works control and lifting operations.
- Review NCAs, NCRs and non-conformances to drive quality.
- Ensure as-built surveys and high-tolerance dimensional control are completed.
- Coordinate with engineering and supply chain on drawings and specs.
