Global Professional Consultants in Athlone is seeking a Senior Engineer to support site delivery on a pharma construction project. You will report to the Project Manager on site, coordinate subcontractors, review technical information, and ensure works meet the specification and schedule.

Experience with a main contractor and pharma or highly regulated projects is preferred; a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree is required. A competitive package including pension is on offer.

• Provide CDM and Health and Safety input, ensuring compliance with pharma-specific site requirements.
• Support planning and sequencing of works on a technically demanding programme.

Senior Engineer

Senior Engineer required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on a pharma project in Athlone. Our client is specifically looking for an experienced Senior Engineer with pharmaceutical construction experience or something similar to support site delivery. The successful Senior Engineer will report to the Project Manager on site.

Role:

• Support site delivery of technical works, ensuring activities are carried out safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors on technical and engineering aspects of a pharma construction project.
• Review technical and design information, checking for discrepancies and ensuring works are constructed in line with specification.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Experience as a Senior Engineer with a main contractor
• Pharma or other highly regulated/technical project experience an advantage
