Job summary

EM3 is a market-leading energy consultancy delivering end-to-end energy management and engineering solutions to large-scale industrial clients. The Senior Energy Manager will lead the delivery across multiple client sites, driving efficiency, sustainability, and cost savings.

You will conduct audits, develop strategies, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A mix of on-site and remote work will be available to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in energy management, consultancy, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience delivering energy audits and implementing energy-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end energy management delivery across industrial client sites.
• Conduct energy audits, analyse consumption patterns, and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and implement tailored energy management strategies aligned with client operations and sustainability targets.
• Design and support the implementation of energy management systems, including ISO 50001 frameworks.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge.
