Job summary

The role requires a current practicing certificate in Ireland or the UK and at least five years of post-admission experience, preferably from a top-tier firm. Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current practicing certificate in Ireland or the UK.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience, ideally at a top-tier law firm.
• Ability to work across multiple legal jurisdictions and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise on employment topics including recruitment, hiring, covenants, performance management, and separations.
• Ensure compliance with Irish and European employment laws and developments.
• Draft and negotiate employment contracts, workplace policies, and handbooks.
• Lead internal process reviews and participate in investigations.
• Develop and deliver training on employment law and manage external counsel relationships.
