Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd. is seeking a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to develop low-level C/C++ firmware for a connected IoT product. You will work across RTOS, ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers, and hardware/software integration, optimizing for power and security.

Responsibilities include OTA updates, MQTT/UDP device communication, and edge ML support, with remote-friendly, permanent placement. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years in embedded software, strong C/C++, and experience with Zephyr or

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years embedded software/firmware experience.
• Strong C/C++ skills.
• ARM Cortex-M / microcontroller experience.
• Experience with Zephyr, FreeRTOS or similar RTOS.
• Understanding of concurrency, memory and interrupts.
• Embedded hardware debugging experience.
• Knowledge of networking / MQTT / TCP/UDP.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded C/C++ firmware for IoT product.
• Work with RTOS, drivers, interrupts, memory and concurrency.
• Develop software for ARM Cortex-M platforms.
• Integrate cellular, BLE, Wi-Fi and GNSS.
• Design for low-power / battery-operated devices.
• Develop OTA updates, security and automated testing.
• Support sensor integration and edge ML.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers on bring-up and debugging.
