Job summary

Moog in Carrigaline, Ireland seeks an experienced Senior Electronic Design Engineer to join a multi-site hardware team working under EN9100 quality requirements. You will lead design and development of analog, digital and power electronics for Moog’s servo-drive products, from requirements through validation, with emphasis on DFM/DFT, regulatory compliance and timely milestone delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum 2nd Class (Hons) degree or equivalent in electronics/electrical engineering.
Ten years of relevant industry experience and proven ability to work in EN9100 environments.
Strong communication, analytical skills and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design & development of hardware (analog, digital and power electronics) for servo-drive products ensuring performance, cost and reliability targets.
Ensure regulatory compliance and DFM/DFT considerations are embedded in designs.
Participate in design and business reviews; work toward project milestones within tight schedules.
Contribute as a member of a multi-site development team across the hardware lifecycle: requirements, architecture, implementation, integration and test.
Support travel including on-site customer support as needed.
