Job summary

Elusav Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading European Engineering Contractor in Dublin.

The role reports to the Electrical Design Manager and focuses on cross-discipline design, stakeholder engagement, and managing design packages from review through to site handover. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in relevant sectors, strong knowledge of design standards, and proficiency with BIM software (BIM360, Revit).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post graduate experience in industry, pharma, life sciences or data centre sectors.
• Experience in leading meetings and coordinating team members.
• Strong knowledge of design, technical and construction processes.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and construction managers to develop project plans and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Liaise with clients and third parties; manage design packages through procurement and handover.
• Develop scope-of-works (SoW), R&R, and task deliverables for Electrical disciplines.
• Oversee design delivery to ensure adherence to specifications and schedules.
• Prepare handover packs for site teams and manage interfaces with CSA and Mechanical.
