Job summary

Glanua is seeking an experienced EICA Principal Engineer to lead electrical, instrumentation, control and automation design across UK projects. You will provide technical leadership, governance and delivery assurance for EICA disciplines from concept to commissioning, ensuring safety, sustainability and design excellence.

Reporting to the Group Head of Engineering and working with internal teams and external partners, you will drive standards, BIM, and lifecycle management while mentoring

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation/Control engineering.
• Chartered Engineer or working towards.
• Experience in UK water/wastewater EICA design.
• Strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead EICA design accountability for UK projects.
• Ensure compliance with WIMES, BS EN, IEC.
• Mentor and develop engineering team.
• Manage budgets and resources across projects.
