Job summary

Cpl is seeking an EHS & Compliance Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety, regulatory compliance and product stewardship across our manufacturing site. This senior role protects the business through robust systems, governance and practical risk management, while aligning with regulatory and customer requirements.

You will drive ISO14001 activities, manage permits and audits, and promote a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Health & Safety or related discipline.
• Experience in an EHS, Environmental Compliance or Regulatory Compliance leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Environmental compliance, Health & Safety systems, Risk management, Regulatory compliance, Auditing and governance systems.
• Experience leading investigations, audits and continuous improvement programmes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the site's EHS Management System.
• Ensure compliance with EPA Licence requirements and safety legislation.
• Develop and implement the site's EHS Excellence Roadmap.
• Lead EHS audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
• Drive improvements in safety performance and hazard identification.
• Promote proactive safety culture across functions.
• Own the site's Product Stewardship Programme and regulatory documentation.
• Lead investigations relating to EHS, environmental and compliance incidents.
