Job summary

A&L Goodbody LLP is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Technology Specialist to join ALG Solutions. You will support the full eDiscovery lifecycle, coordinate data processing and review tasks, and act as a technical point of contact for troubleshooting and workflow optimization.

The role involves working with ALG Solutions teams and firm practice groups, with exposure to AI-enabled analytics and GenAI-assisted review tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Significant eDiscovery experience with Relativity and Nuix capabilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and client-facing skills.
• Interest in AI and innovation in legal tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality client service and ensure work meets standards and timelines.
• Lead complex eDiscovery and data-related workstreams to client-ready outputs.
• Engage with clients to refine requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge across tools and workflows.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on RelativityOne.
