Job summary

A&L Goodbody is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Technology Specialist to support the full eDiscovery lifecycle across data collection, processing, review and production. You will coordinate complex data tasks and act as a technical lead on client engagements, leveraging Relativity One and Nuix.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, a background in eDiscovery with Relativity/Nuix, and a proactive approach to adopting GenAI-driven workflows and analytics in legal services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eDiscovery or similar role.
• Advanced Relativity/Nuix capabilities; RCA certification a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex data-processing and review tasks.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Interest in Generative AI and innovation in legal tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality client service and meet project timelines.
• Provide senior support on end-to-end eDiscovery projects.
• Lead complex eDiscovery/data workstreams to client-ready outcomes.
• Engage with clients to refine requirements and propose solutions.
• Mentor junior colleagues and share best practices.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across Relativity One systems.
