Job summary

A&L Goodbody LLP's ALG Solutions team seeks a Senior eDiscovery Technology Specialist to support the full eDiscovery lifecycle, from data collection to production, leveraging Relativity and Nuix. You will lead complex data-related workstreams, troubleshoot issues, mentor colleagues, engage with clients, and help shape AI-enabled workflows in a technology-driven, client-focused firm.

This role sits within the eDiscovery and Investigations support team and reports to the eDiscovery Technology

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eDiscovery or similar role.
• Strong experience with Relativity/Nuix; certification is a plus.
• Ability to triage defects and prevent issues.
• Interest in Generative AI and innovative legal tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality client service to agreed standards and timelines.
• Lead complex eDiscovery/data-related workstreams, ensuring client-ready outputs.
• Troubleshoot, triage, and perform root-cause analysis across RelativityOne and related systems.
• Engage with clients to refine requirements and propose technical/workflow solutions.
• Mentor juniors and share knowledge across tools and best practices.
• Identify workflow efficiencies and contribute to standards and processes.
