Job summary

Signatus is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager in Dublin. The role combines end-to-end eDiscovery project management with hands-on RelativityOne administration, troubleshooting and technical delivery.

You will manage matters from scoping to production and work directly with lawyers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, defensible workflows. The successful candidate will have five years or more of eDiscovery or litigation support experience, with strong project

Qualifications

• Five+ years of eDiscovery, litigation support or legal technology experience.
• Experience with RelativityOne administration and delivery.
• RCA preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong client-facing project management and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Background in top-tier law firms, international vendors or forensic teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage eDiscovery matters from instruction through delivery.
• Configure and support RelativityOne workspaces.
• Manage user access, permissions and review workflows.
• Support data processing, review, analytics and productions.
• Troubleshoot Relativity issues and optimize workflows.
• Advise lawyers and clients on eDiscovery technology and processes.
• Collaborate on training and knowledge sharing within the team.
