Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a key client to recruit an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to own the end-to-end warehouse function for a fast-paced eCommerce operation. You will lead across goods-in, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch, while shaping layout design, inventory control and system improvements.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong data‑driven thinking, ability to drive continuous improvements and scale operations for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing a warehouse or logistics operation in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven people management experience with ability to lead, develop and hold teams accountable.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret operational data and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Warehouse Management: own goods-in, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Design and continuously improve warehouse layouts to maximise space and streamline workflow.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and robust stock control processes.
