Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital design, agency or in‑house.
• Strong ecommerce / DTC experience.
• Mastery in Figma and premium design craft.
• Strong typography instincts and measured taste.
• Able to defend design decisions with data and user insight.
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Claude Design or Figma MCP.

Responsibilities

• Design high‑conversion sites and landing pages for top brands.
• Own full customer journey from acquisition through checkout and retention.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Use Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automated asset generation to speed production.
• Present work with conviction, backed by data and user feedback.
