Jacobs in Ireland is seeking a driven Senior Ecologist to join our ecology team across Dublin and Cork. You’ll lead delivery on infrastructure projects, balancing field surveys, assessments and office work while mentoring junior ecologists.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in ecology or related environmental discipline is required.
• Membership in a professional body (or eligibility) is expected.
• Experience delivering ecological inputs on medium–large scale projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Deliver ecological inputs on major infrastructure projects across highways, rail and energy.
• Balance site and office commitments while maintaining progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and integrate ecological considerations into design decisions.
• Mentor junior ecologists and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Build relationships with clients, regulators and stakeholders to support future work.
