A leading biopharmaceutical services company in Ireland seeks a QC Microbiology Lead (Associate Director) to oversee microbiological testing and ensure compliance with quality standards. You will manage a team and lead key initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in quality control within the biopharmaceutical sector, ideally leading teams and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, plus knowledge of GMP practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in establishing a QC function in a 'greenfield' context.
• Strong experience in Biologics product-testing methods.
• Experience leading a large team in QC settings.

Responsabilités

• Lead the QC microbiology laboratory and support bio manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and safety regulations.
• Develop KPIs for the QC microbiology lab.
