Job summary

NTU International A/S in Aalborg (remote within EU) is seeking a Senior Digital Advisory Manager to drive business development, bid preparation and delivery of ICT advisory assignments across Europe.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape technical approaches, and coordinate enhanced partnerships with senior experts and research organisations while ensuring high-quality technical and financial submissions.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT/IS or related field.
• 6+ years in ICT advisory, digital transformation or tech consulting.
• Experience preparing technical proposals for public-sector ICT assignments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary ICT consultants and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of ICT systems and system integration.
• Ability to prepare methodologies, work plans, budgets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and commercial awareness.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess ICT advisory opportunities under EU framework contracts.
• Analyze ToRs, specifications, institutional context, deliverables and feasibility.
• Lead technical methodologies, work plans, staffings and budgets.
• Prepare compliant technical and financial submissions.
• Manage awarded ICT advisory projects and coordinate experts.
• Monitor deliverables, schedules, resources and budgets.
• Review outputs and coordinate client acceptance.
