Senior Dietitian (Part-Time) – Eating Disorders

Job summary

Eos Talent is partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to recruit a Senior Dietitian for a standalone, autonomous part-time role in Dublin. 17–18 hours per week with flexible scheduling, offering a senior, clinically engaging position within specialist mental health services, with a focus on eating disorders.

You will own clinical recommendations and work closely with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based nutrition interventions and staff education.

Qualifications

• CORU registration is required.
• 3–4+ years post-qualification clinical experience.
• Hospital-based experience desired.
• Mental health and eating disorder experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Specialist nutritional assessments and interventions.
• Support adults and adolescents with eating disorders.
• Collaborate with consultants and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Develop therapeutic nutrition programmes.
• Provide education and guidance to clinical colleagues.
• Support quality improvement and service development.
• Shape the future direction of dietetic services.
