Job summary

Porsche Centre Dublin, located at Exit 5 M50, Charlestown, Dublin 11, is seeking qualified technicians to maintain and repair Porsche vehicles to the highest standards. The role involves servicing a premium brand, applying advanced diagnostics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This full-time position offers extensive manufacturer training, a clear progression path, and benefits including 20 days annual leave, a Cycle to Work scheme and a company pension.

Responsibilities

• Repair, test Porsche vehicles and diagnose their faults as required by Service Operations Manager and supervisory staff.
• Carry out all work to the highest standard to ensure total customer satisfaction and repeat/incremental business.
• Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables and record usage.
• Recognise and report on Porsche vehicle and component serviceability with emphasis on customer and public safety.
• Ensure faults and concerns are reported orally and written on the job card and Vehicle Health Check forms; raise serious concerns with the Service Operations Manager or Service Advisor.
• Read, understand and implement the Porsche technical service instruction data and improved working practices.
• Recover damaged or defective vehicles with emphasis on safety for personnel and customer belongings.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy, organised and free from hazards.
• State of the art facilities and tooling.
