Job summary

Qualifications

• Define and implement a monitoring solution including alerts, auto incident creation and tracing.
• Support creation and integration of IaaC scripts with the IaaC SE.
• Create alerting mechanisms to proactively identify issues while reducing noise.
• Define metrics to measure reliability and performance of systems.
• Configure distributed tracing tools (OpenTelemetry, Jaeger) for performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a monitoring solution that includes monitoring, alerts, auto incident creation, and tracing
• Support for creation and integration of IaaC scripts along with the IaaC SE
• Create alerting mechanisms to proactively identify potential issues before they impact users, tuning alerts to minimize noise and false positives
• Define metrics to measure and improve reliability and performance
• Configure distributed tracing tools (OpenTelemetry, Jaeger) to gain insights into application performance and bottlenecks
