Verve is seeking a Mid-weight to Senior Designer to join the Studio Team. You will be central to our creative process, taking projects from initial concept through to final live execution across activations, festivals, launches and events.

You should bring 6+ years of agency experience, a strong portfolio, and expert Adobe Creative Suite skills. Collaborate with account, production and digital teams to deliver ambitious, brand‑compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in a creative agency environment.
• Creative Capability: A strong portfolio showing the ability to translate complex briefs into compelling visual proposals.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Cultural Awareness: Interest in design trends and experiential design.
• Additional Capabilities: Multi-disciplinary skills are valued but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Concepts and pitches for large-scale activations, immersive experiences, and high-production corporate events.
• Visual Identity Creation: Develop comprehensive event identities, branding, and visual narratives across physical and digital assets.
