Job summary

Verve is a Dublin-based experiential marketing agency seeking a New Business Director (London considered with regular Dublin travel) to identify and shape high-value growth opportunities across the Verve offices. You will bridge client service, creative and commercial teams to drive growth and revenue.

You will lead growth strategy, pitches, RFP responses, and pipeline reporting while nurturing key client relationships and expanding opportunities across local and international markets.

Qualifications

• Agency background in marketing and business development within live/experiential/creative environments.
• Deep understanding of how brands leverage live experiences, sponsorships, activations and culture.
• Proven ability to lead, structure, and win major pitches, proposals, and RFPs.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling and deck-creation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Sharp commercial acumen with budget oversight and pipeline reporting.
• Collaborative leadership across international offices and multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy across local and international markets and manage the growth budget.
• Build and manage a clear pipeline from early prospecting to pitch conversion.
• Support RFPs and strategic responses with reporting to senior leadership.
• Identify organic growth opportunities and deepen existing client relationships.
• Lead development of responses to major briefs and pitches with clear narratives.
• Guide and support internal teams with best-practice communications and pitches.
