Job summary

&Open is seeking a Senior Designer for the Dublin team, focusing on physical gifting, merchandise and packaging. You will turn briefs into gift ideas, create compelling artwork and lead projects from concept through production.

A strong portfolio of physical products and packaging, plus hands-on experience with print and production, are essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present concepts to clients, and ensure brand guidelines are followed across all materials.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of physical products, merchandise, or packaging from concept to production.
• Excellent typography, color sense and attention to detail.
• Experience applying brand guidelines to packaging.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes and production processes.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and manage briefs.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative responses to client briefs and translate brand values into gift ideas.
• Develop narratives connecting ideas, products and recipient experience.
• Create product and packaging artwork that aligns with guidelines.
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with suppliers.
• Manage multiple briefs and deadlines within budget.
