Qualifications

• 6+ years of AML/CTF compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated entities.
• Knowledge of AML/CTF laws in Ireland and Bermuda including relevant acts and directives.
• Experience conducting CDD/EDD reviews, transaction monitoring, and regulatory filings across multiple entities.
• Ability to contribute to governance processes with reporting for leadership.
• Ability to use AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day AML/CTF operations with delegated authority.
• Prepare materials for AML Governance Committee meetings.
• File Suspicious Transaction Reports and other regulatory filings.
• Conduct CDD/EDD reviews and assess customer risk.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update policies.
• Collaborate with CX, Legal, and Operations to support inquiries.
