Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Data Management Leader to independently manage end-to-end delivery of DM services for single or multi-service projects. You will ensure quality deliverables on time and within budget while providing leadership in project planning, execution, and close-out.

This role may include SME responsibilities and data operations oversight at customer sites. You will collaborate with data managers, vendors, and internal teams to drive process improvements, negotiate timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health/clinical/biological or related field.
• 5 years of direct Data Management experience with 3+ years as a CDM project lead.
• Experience delivering multiple global trials through full DM life-cycle (large trials).
• Expert data management skills and advanced knowledge of DM processes.
• Experience handling complex customer negotiations and bid defense meetings independently.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Pharmacology, Anatomy, and/or Physiology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer on data management deliverables.
• Lead and manage end-to-end DM service delivery for multi-study programs.
• Provide PM expertise with customer data managers and internal team members.
• Lead negotiations with customers on timelines, financials and resources.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure contract obligations are met.
• Mentor junior DTL staff and train DM staff.
• Review and sign-off on data management plans and related documents.
• Support RFP processes and pricing discussions.
