Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Data Management Program Lead to independently manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single or multi-service projects. You will ensure quality deliverables on time and within budget, provide leadership in project planning and execution, and maintain strong client relationships while complying with GCPs and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, clinical, biological, mathematical sciences or related field.
• At least 5 years direct Data Management experience with 3+ years as a CDM project lead.
• Experience delivering multiple global trials through full DM lifecycle (1000+ patients).
• Advanced knowledge of DM processes, SAE reconciliation, data vendor handling.
• Proven competence in complex client negotiations and bid defenses.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy or physiology.
• Familiarity with SOPs, GCPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational and project management skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and lead teams.
• Understanding of the clinical drug development process.
• Ability to build relationships with coworkers, managers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for data management deliverables.
• Lead and mentor Data Team Leads on global studies and programs.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to manage process improvements.
• Negotiate timelines, finances, and resources with clients.
• Ensure open communication to meet contractual obligations.
• Manage DM service delivery with quality and compliance across projects.
