Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on machine learning model development, working directly with technical stakeholders.
• Autonomous work across the entire ML development lifecycle, including prototyping, simulation, tuning, and deployment.
• Object-oriented Python coding with collaboration on ML-system architecture.
• Code reviews and contributions to internal packages to boost developer productivity.
• Clear communication of ML concepts to non-ML stakeholders; translating results into business impact.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative/computational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers to embed algorithmic rigor and optimization into resource scaling, release-safety and monitoring systems.
• Deliver production-ready, thoroughly tested ML algorithms with clear limitations and business impact.
• Own the feedback loop: instrument model performance metrics and build dashboards with analytics teams.
• Deliver thoughtful code reviews and contribute to internal packages and tooling.
