Purpose of the Role As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value across Abbott Diabetes Care. Working at the intersection of business, technology, and data, you will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and drive data-informed decision making. You will play a key role in shaping advanced analytics strategies while delivering innovative solutions that improve operational performance and business outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to shape and build foundational data capabilities from the ground up. The successful candidate will establish and embed standard work, create and maintain SOPs, and develop scalable end-to-end processes that support consistent, high-quality data management across the organisation. Through these efforts, you will play a key role in enabling Abbott's Data, AI & Analytics strategy, driving the adoption of advanced analytics, AI, self-service reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
