You will partner across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to drive improvements in data quality and governance.

The role emphasizes building standards, KPIs, and governance policies while enabling data-driven decision making across the SBCA portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Product Management, Data Product Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience owning complex initiatives that span multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to translate technical challenges into business outcomes and product investments.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the SBCA Data Quality and Governance roadmap.
• Establish data quality standards, KPIs, scorecards, and operational objectives.
• Drive improvements in data accuracy, completeness, consistency, freshness, coverage, and match rates.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams to implement proactive monitoring and quality controls.
• Define and maintain business definitions, data standards, governance policies, and stewardship processes.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to support governance requirements.
• Monitor the health and performance of SBCA data products and data pipelines.
• Translate customer feedback into prioritized roadmap investments.
