Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Senior Specialist in Data Quality & Governance for the SBCA portfolio to establish data quality standards, governance frameworks, and operational controls ensuring data is accurate, complete, and trusted by customers.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to drive improvements and align governance across SBCA products. Strong data expertise and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Data Product Management, Data Quality, or Data Governance.
• Proven ability to own complex initiatives spanning multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the SBCA Data Quality Strategy and Roadmap; set KPIs, scorecards, and objectives.
• Lead Data Governance and Stewardship; define standards and policies.
• Drive data quality improvements across pipelines and products; monitor health and incidents.
