Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Management to lead the Data Quality & Governance product for the SBCA portfolio. You will shape the data quality strategy, governance standards, and operational controls to ensure SBCA data is accurate, timely, and trusted by customers.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Customer Success teams to drive data quality improvements and governance across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Data Product Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience owning complex initiatives that span multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to translate technical challenges into business outcomes and product investments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the SBCA Data Quality and Governance roadmap.
• Establish data quality standards, KPIs, scorecards, and operational objectives.
• Drive improvements in data accuracy, completeness, consistency, freshness, coverage, and match rates.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams to implement proactive monitoring and quality controls.
