• Lead the design, development, and deployment of the team's data pipelines, dashboards and other systems, demonstrating seasoned expertise.
• Foster effective communication with engineering peers, applied scientists, and product owners.
• Design, construct, and maintain resilient architectures adaptable to evolving product requirements.
• Deliver high-quality, testable, dependable systems with thorough reviews and mentorship.
• Iterate features with stakeholders to balance speed and quality while maintaining project goals.
• Improve team processes, automation and collaboration to boost velocity and output.
