Job summary

Circet Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Sales Technical Estimator for our Data Centre projects in Letterkenny. You will lead bid opportunities from RFQ to submission and act as the technical authority on passive infrastructure solutions.

You will mentor junior staff, review client documentation, develop cost models, and present technical and commercial proposals to clients while ensuring compliance with specifications and schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven pre-sales support for high-value data centre projects.
• Experience delivering multi-million euro bids end-to-end.
• Strong cost, risk, and commercial awareness for bids.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid opportunities from RFQ receipt to submission.
• Act as technical authority for data centre passive infra during bids.
• Mentor and guide junior pre-sales team members.
• Review RFQs, specs, drawings, and documentation.
• Coordinate bid activities and ensure timely client deliverables.
• Develop cost models and BOMs, assess design changes.
• Present solutions and proposals to clients during negotiations.
• Ensure RFQ/bid deadlines are met and aligned with stakeholders.
