Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–8 years of project/program management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage schedules.
• Experience documenting requirements, risks, and project plans.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple, complex, cross-functional and technical projects.
• Partners with functional teams from initiation to post deployment.
• Manages milestones, timelines and overall deliverables.
• Creates and maintains schedules, risk analyses and process docs.
• Defines scope and objectives with stakeholders and ensures feasibility.
• Drives lifecycle milestones from concept to closure and manages change.
• Uses KPIs to measure performance and provides regular status updates.
• Leads risk mitigation and process improvements across teams.
• Acts as primary contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
