Job summary

Astreya China is seeking a Project & Program Management III to lead complex, cross-functional data center projects from initiation to delivery in Ireland. You will develop detailed plans, allocate resources, monitor budgets, and drive milestones while maintaining documentation and risk mitigation.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years’ related experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently using structured methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years related experience
• Experience with project management teams, resolving conflict and meeting timelines
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Proven skill in creating spreadsheets, presentations and documentation
• Strong analytical skills, risk tracking and metrics reporting
• Collaborates effectively with stakeholders and client executives
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple, complex cross-functional projects
