Qualifications

• 5+ years' professional experience in data analysis, analytics or reporting.
• Strong SQL experience with large datasets.
• 2+ years' experience using Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, manipulation and segmentation.
• Knowledge of BI concepts and reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Interrogate and analyse large datasets to answer business questions and uncover insights.
• Identify patterns, trends, risks and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Develop analyses to support commercial and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to understand data availability and quality.
• Collaborate with reporting/visualisation specialists to improve dashboards.
• Interpret reporting and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders with varying technical knowledge.
• Contribute to improvements in data quality, governance and analytics processes.
• Explore opportunities to apply advanced analytics including ML/AI techniques.
• Share ideas to advance the organisation's data and analytics capabilities.
