Job summary

Nucleo is seeking a data-driven consultant to join our project teams in Ireland. You will own project deliverables, provide data analysis and BI insights, and support asset management solutions delivery for clients.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and advanced Excel. Collaboration with teams and clients is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (IS/Tech, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics).
• Proven communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• 3+ years management or technology consulting experience.
• Strong problem solving and communication abilities.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Ability to present at Teams meetings and collaborate confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Directly work with clients and Nucleo project teams, owning deliverables.
• Provide data analysis and migration services.
• Deliver business intelligence reporting and insights.
• Support expert Asset Management solutions delivery.
• Support Project Management and Change Management practices.
• Build and maintain effective long-term client relationships.
• Develop and support management of project schedules and status meetings.
• Prepare presentations.
• Liaise with clients to identify business requirements and process optimisation opportunities.
• Scope, design and develop reporting, system and data solutions.
• Develop and implement reporting and system solution designs.
• Perform system testing activities.
• Develop business readiness approaches and plans and measure outcomes from readiness activities.
• Deliver business transition activities.
