Job summary

Uniphar seeks a Senior Solution Architect to own the end-to-end architecture of Dynamics 365 Business Central for its Medtech division. You will lead architectural decisions, drive improvements, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across multiple geographies, balancing business needs with upgrade-safe design.

The role requires hands-on AL development, strong vendor governance, and collaboration with finance, supply chain and IT.

Qualifications

• Deep experience architecting Dynamics 365 Business Central at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on AL extension development and integration design.
• Strong governance, security, and regulatory awareness in medical devices.
• Experience with Power Platform and Azure integrations.
• Proven ability to partner with vendors and translate business needs into architectural designs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of D365 BC across multiple geographies.
• Review partner designs for quality, cost, and upgrade-safety.
• Set technical direction and lead a high-performing development team.
• Ensure resiliency, performance, and security by design.
