Job summary

RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned QA professional to act as the main technical contact for customer quality issues in a manufacturing setting.

You will manage complaints through resolution, lead audit preparation, track defect trends, and coordinate changes with cross-functional teams to ensure QMS and EHS compliance. The role involves supporting process improvements, participating in NPI/design reviews, and maintaining audit documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years QA experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the medical industry is advantageous.
• Certified Internal Auditor qualification is advantageous.
• Experience handling nonconforming products, quality disposition, 8D reports, and audit documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical contact for customer quality issues, enquiries, and reviews.
• Manage customer complaints and quality claims from start to resolution.
• Lead customer audit preparation, follow-up, and quality documentation compliance.
• Monitor customer quality performance, defect trends, and yield impact.
• Coordinate engineering/project changes, approvals, and implementation.
• Support process and product improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in NPI and design reviews to ensure customer quality requirements are properly implemented.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, EHS, and relevant procedures
