Job summary

iiM GmbH is seeking a quality-focused professional to perform inspections across materials, in-process and finished products, while coordinating documentation and root-cause analysis. You will support audits, customer complaints, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of electrical theory, ISO 9001 exposure, and excellent technical writing and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Typically, 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 in production environments and internal auditing.
• Ability to interpret layouts, diagrams (mechanical and wiring).
• Flexible to manage several tasks at once.
• Ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Technical writing ability.
• Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate inspection and testing of incoming materials, in-process production, finished products and other possible pieces and inspections.
• Documentation of activities and its maintenance
• Coordinate, perform and support root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and support internal, external and supplier audits.
• Organise customer complaint process.
• Support all QM processes, their implementation and improvements.
• Support all colleagues in quality questions
