Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post graduate experience in Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Data Centre sectors.
• Strong knowledge of statutory consent processes and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans with engineers and construction managers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Coordinate CSA disciplines with Electrical and Mechanical teams.
• Prepare scope-of-works, task information deliverables lists, and responsibility matrices for CSA disciplines.
• Oversee design packages through procurement and approvals for construction.
• Conduct site visits and report progress and quality of work.
