Panda Ireland is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our finance team at Millennium Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11. The role is full-time, with hours Monday to Friday and salary dependent on experience.

You will manage debt collection across a ledger, engaging up to 100 customers daily, and support the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties. You should have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Credit Controller role or similar debt-collection position.
• Strong Excel skills, with advanced formulas.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear communication.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage debt collection across an allocated customer ledger.
• Proactively contact customers to resolve outstanding balances.
• Handle a high volume of customer interactions professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting using internal systems.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc duties as required.
• Work to deadlines while maintaining accuracy and build relationships.
