Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior Creative Lead (ACD) within Flex Creative to provide strategic creative leadership embedded in‑market. You’ll influence brand moments, campaigns and events, work with senior leadership, and mentor local teams to maintain consistency and craft.

Qualifications

• BA/BFA in Art/Design is required or equivalent.
• Extraordinary design skills and a world‑class portfolio are essential.
• Outstanding presentation skills and ability to pitch to all levels of an organization.
• 12+ years in art direction/design in an agency or client-side team; global experience is a plus.
• 8+ years leading and managing a team in a creative setting; global experience is a plus.
• 8+ years in marketing with digital, print, interactive, and video work.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑impact conceptual and strategic creative leadership on brand, events and campaigns.
• Define processes and workflows to scale Flex Creative for peak moments.
• Understand planning, intake and volume of work to identify opportunities for Flex Creative.
• Hire, onboard and manage a team of art directors, designers and copywriters.
• Mentor local brand and creative teams and act as a regional voice for brand consistency.
• Ensure narrative consistency and best‑in‑class output across regions and moments.
• Guide creative scale and influence across the organization to maximize impact.
