Job summary

Jobgether is recruiting a Corporate Counsel for a partner specializing in autonomous mobility and transportation tech. You will provide strategic legal guidance, negotiate software licenses and partnerships, and design GDPR/compliance frameworks to support global operations.

A JD with active bar membership and 5–8 years in law firms and in-house roles is required, with preference for tech/automotive experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction.
• 5–8 years of legal experience in law firm and in-house settings.
• Experience in tech, robotics, or automotive sectors is preferred.
• Substantive knowledge of regulatory law or data privacy (GDPR) is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal guidance to the business and engineering teams.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements, including software licenses and partnerships.
• Design and implement compliance frameworks for data privacy and regulatory obligations.
