Job summary

First Point Group is seeking a Solution Architect to provide architectural leadership within a customer environment in Ireland. The role combines hands-on integration support with end-to-end lifecycle management of voice and signalling infrastructure across Nokia MSS/MGW, TeleSys SS7 Firewall, and Oracle SBC platforms.

You will act as the technical authority for design governance, capacity planning, and complex troubleshooting while liaising between customer operations, vendor engineering teams,

Qualifications

• Strong technical project management capability in a resident role.
• Architectural leadership across Nokia MSS/MGW, TeleSys SS7, and Oracle SBC platforms.

Responsibilities

• Produce HLD/LLD design documentation for Nokia MSS/MGW, Oracle SBC, and TeleSys SS7/Voice Firewall platforms.
• Create and validate Datafill, MOPs, routing plans, and integration procedures.
• Own cross-functional design governance for CS Core, TeleSys SS7 Firewall, and Oracle SBC estate.
