Job summary

KCC is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead the Facades, Partitions & Doors (FPD) Division in Ireland. You will own the profitable delivery of contracts from handover to final account, overseeing a team of Contracts Managers, estimators, project support and installation staff.

You will drive operational excellence, strong commercial control and a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement across multiple live projects valued from small to large-scale builds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing construction contracts.
• Significant experience in facades, partitions, doors, fit-out or specialist subcontracting.
• Proven experience leading multiple project teams.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience managing budgets and project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the FPD Division and drive performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to quality standards.
• Manage resources across live contracts and monitor progress to minimise risk.
• Oversee final accounts and optimise profitability and cash flow.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of contracts managers and staff.
