Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in the UKI Business Consulting team for Supply Chain Manufacturing, integrating pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device workflows with digital solutions. You will connect production, quality, lab, and supply chain needs with deployable technology, guiding the delivery lifecycle from assessments to deployment and stabilization.

You will collaborate with operators, engineers, IT, and data teams, owning deliverables, resolving issues, and translating

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing systems, automation, or related field.
Experience in pharma/biotech/medical-device environments with regulated processes.

Responsibilities

Assess workflows, user needs, interfaces, data points, and pain points through site observations and data review.
Document process flows, requirements, data mappings, and interface specs for digital manufacturing solutions.
Support design and implementation of MES, eDHRs, recipe and routing management, genealogy, and plant performance reporting.
Trace data across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA and other OT/IT systems; identify gaps and dependencies.
Prepare test scripts, defects, and deployment materials; ensure traceability between requirements and tests.
