Job summary

EY in Dublin is seeking a UKI Business Consulting - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Manager to lead Customer Transformation initiatives. You will decompose end-to-end processes, map value streams, and apply the 8 wastes framework to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, with a focus on AI-enabled process design.

You will work with statisticians and data engineers to analyze large datasets, run DOE/SPC analyses, build business cases, and coach client and EY teams on Lean-led AI enablement.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery of Lean transformations in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong experience decomposing knowledge-heavy processes.
• Experience presenting quantified improvement cases to senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working alongside technologists, data engineers, and AI specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Lean analysis and value stream mapping.
• Apply AI-enabled process design and governance for scalable solutions.
• Develop phased transformation roadmaps and compelling business cases.
• Coach EY teams on Lean-led AI enablement.
