Job summary

Pivotal Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Quality Control Auditor to join a construction team in County Clare. The role focuses on implementing and monitoring the Quality Management System across projects to ensure highest standards.

You will conduct site QA/QC audits, prepare detailed reports, and drive corrective actions while assisting with BCAR compliance and project handover documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience in QA/QC, site engineer or construction quality-focused role.
• Main contractor experience is highly desirable.
• Trades background or related Construction Management degree.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing and quality standards.
• Experience on large-scale commercial/residential/mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Conduct internal audits and site-based QA/QC audits on live projects.
• Prepare audit reports and quality documentation using Procore or similar software.
• Develop and monitor quality procedures across projects.
• Identify, investigate and close out non-conformances.
